   I drive technical initiatives through a combination of pragmatic architectural decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep focus on user needs. I prioritize investing in peers through mentorship and fostering a cooperative environment to achieve key results and deliver high-quality, impactful software.I architected and guided the complete rewrite of a critical internal web application, designing the UI/UX and leading implementation. We successfully delivered the project on time and within scope, resulting in a modern, stable application used daily by cross-departmental users (Account, Sales, Support, Eng) who reported increased productivity and satisfaction. As part of this project, I designed and led the implementation of a core REST API (25+ endpoints) using Django REST Framework, providing the essential backend services for the primary internal application frontend.I am currently working closely with technical leadership on various initiatives to bring the power of AI and LLMs to our internal tools. We are breaking down data silos and providing friendly, intuitive touch points for users to get the information they need to do their best work. We are also leveraging AI to automate repetitive tasks and report generation.
