I’m currently the Lead/Senior Pastor at C3 Tri-Cities, a multi-venue church in Washington State. Every year, hundreds of people meet Jesus and are baptized at C3, making a major impact on the community. With a dedicated corps of 400+ volunteers, and dozens of staff, it’s my great joy to lead the church into its next chapter. The Tri-Cities is located east of Portland and southeast of Seattle. The population of the Tri-Cities CDP is just over people, and with Southern California weather, it is rapidly growing and known as the “new Seattle.”Previously, I served as Vice President of Universities at Christian Union, a leadership development organization based at the most influential universities in America: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard College, Harvard Law School, Penn, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale. I also led social media campaigns in the Ivy Leagues, featured by The Washington Post, Fox News, and other national media outlets.While Executive Pastor at Grace Community Church, I oversaw the expansion from one location to nine sites across New York’s Hudson Valley, just outside New York City. I also worked as recruiting and staffing advisor for ministries and non-profits. Grace was named repeatedly among America’s fastest-growing churches, and one of the “Top 400” most influential churches in the United States.Serving officers and cadets in the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, my focus was coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. I pioneered a leadership development program at GCC, in which West Pointers, political and legal officials, and executives repeatedly reported transformation of personal leadership in their respective spheres.Prior to my time in New York, I served as Associate/Director at JD Klote and subsidiary Ward, Dreshman & Reinhardt, a philanthropy firm dedicated to the success of schools, ministries, hospitals and other non-profits. During my tenure, Klote was named as the nation’s top church fundraising firm in a nationwide survey. JDK & A’s offices are located in Washington, DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas; and internationally in London and Toronto.
