ABOUT ABIGAIL SCHLICHTING

Registered Nurse (RN, BSN, BA) with a focused interest in women’s health, fertility, and patient-centered care, bringing experience across Level IV NICU and high-volume IVF clinics. At NewYork-Presbyterian, Reproductive Medicine Associates, and Northwell Health Fertility, I have managed complex treatment journeys and contributed to patient education, community engagement, and patient experience initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.​​I am especially interested in femtech and digital health roles in clinical operations, client delivery, patient experience/member success, and growth and partnerships, where I can combine clinical expertise, systems thinking, and an operational mindset to help design and scale care models that improve access, equity, and outcomes for women and families.A more detailed resume—including early-stage digital health and entrepreneurial work—is available on request and I’m always open to thoughtful outreach from recruiters and hiring teams.
