I am an executive coach partnering with high-capacity leaders to grow their impact from the inside out. Drawing on a Co-Active foundation, I help clients navigate complexity, expand self-awareness, and lead with greater clarity, integrity, and aliveness. I have an active poetry practice and bring this lens to my work — listening for what is said, unsaid, and most true — so that professional success and personal truth can come into coherence. I hold each goal and challenge as an invitation to expand capacity, trusting this as the path into our boldest, most beautiful lives.Prior to coaching, I founded Agni, a company that makes healing foods for women\'s health. I raised $5M from top VCs and led the brand, team, and business to six-figure ARR over 5 years. When I\'m not coaching or writing, you can find me biking my two young children around town, running East Bay trails, cooking without a recipe, or returning to my favorite poets — Rumi, Mary Oliver, John O\'Donohue, Andrea Gibson, and Kate Baer, to name a few.
