   VP on a team which collectively oversees the deposits predictive modeling suite for the more than $1 Trillion in deposits across Chase Consumer and Business Banking Managed a product analytics deep-dive project which tested the revenue and interest income business impacts of a newly-launched deposit product for Senior level C-Suite executives. Outcomes were very positively received and led to new insights being uncovered in the affluent customer base Led and developed an automation project to build out an executive-level and transferrable forecasting report for the CFO of Consumer and Business Banking; monthly team-wide time savings of ~15 hours Fully redesigned a model to predict Wealth Management deposit balances, increasing predictive accuracy by ~50% and saving 2 full working days of time and saving manual effort Automated a quarterly back testing program, reducing time spent from ~15 hours to around 30 minutes, and removed multi-stage gaps and avoiding potential manual errors and inputs Mentor and upskill senior and junior analysts in the areas of SQL, Python, Databricks, and Macroeconomic knowledge; result has had compounding positive impacts across the entire organization
