As an ICQA associate in Amazon Fulfillment Center, I’m assessing the accuracy and quality of inventory. Inspect items to make sure there are no defects. I was investigating quality errors in other departments such as Stow and Pick and developing software tools such as dashboards needed by decision-makers and supporting the fulfillment center operation by efficient data collection and generating reports to improve the service quality.Previously as a Process Guide (PG) in the packing department, I supervised the singles packing line and successfully completed CPT (priority) deadlines for the Prime delivery orders. And maintaining the number of dwelling items below the shift\'s threshold target by closely monitoring the dashboards and removing blockers and bottlenecks in the process.
