I’m an award-winning, multidisciplinary communications strategist and experiential educator who helps organizations navigate change through storytelling, culture-building, and meaningful engagement. My work sits at the intersection of education, culture, psychology, and social impact. Across roles, I design learning experiences, narratives, and engagement strategies that move beyond information-sharing toward insight, reflection, and transformation. I’m especially interested in how stories shape identity, leadership, and the systems we create together.I bring experience in experiential education, service design, and human-centred research, including qualitative interviews, journey mapping, and insight synthesis.
