Increased on-time deliveries according to SLAs from 95%, and shortened lead times from months to 2 weeks. Managed programs for Amazon’s Outpost Edge (a new business segment for Amazon’s customers, including many Fortune 500 companies and hospitals). Led the building of two host racks on site, which sped it up and made it more secure. Inherited program for building prototype racks for 5G tech for Nokia when it was behind schedule; brought it on track and secured more key projects. Assessed the whole process, implemented metrics, and resolved material related shortages with creativity to mitigate lead time. Enabled the firmware to work and released the prototype on time (saved at least one month). Managed program for Google; secured more business by delivering all racks on time. Managed the shipping of parts to stock Microsoft’s datacenters. Expanded the Apple program from servers and launched the first datacenter racks. Managed team in China, and obtained more business for rack deployment. Managed NPI for eBay as it was maxing out its datacenter capacity. Assembled tiger team and launched the new racks on time by building the racks with engineering resources to mitigate the manufacturing capacity issues we faced to assure customer received product in time. Increased the use of analytics. Implemented KPIs and monitored metrics on SLAs. Made processes repeatable and scalable by training team members in best practices, drafting documents for new hires, and standardizing reports for customers. Adapted to Brexit by creating a new Irish entity and moving assets to its new warehouse.
