Power to change - yet another slogan? It could have been unless it was created based on both external input and our employees\' feelings of Alelion and what we do. Customers, suppliers and guests visiting us often mentioned that it was something special with our way of doing things.\"I like visiting you and always feel welcome\" was one of the comments. This is what we want to communicate with \"Power to change\". As the CEO it was my role to enable the Power to change, both internally and with customers, suppliers and everyone else needed to make it happen. I still feel strongly about this and therefore keep it as a marker on my page.Having worked in both a large multinational company as well as smaller businesses, I have gained experience within the following areas: business strategy, setting goals, sales, marketing communication, internal communication, prioritization and most of all leadership.What makes me enjoy work?Leading and being part of a team that is committed and inspired to make a change.
