About Sanjib Acharya

I have over 26+ years of profound experience in electronics system design to architect and productize industrial process automation systems and components including CPUs, analog/discrete/motion IOs and Industrial Communication Interfaces for Programmable Automation Controllers. I have strong hands-on experience in digital systems design, FPGA design and V&V. I also have brief experience in power-supply design and RF design for base stations (small cells, micro-cells). During my 23+ years of career, I have proven myself in each of the roles I have worked, namely as a design engineer, program manager, system architect and people manager or team leader. Currently, I am working as systems lead, defining the requirements, estimating the efforts, driving innovation, and leading a cross-functional team from the concept design phase, through the productization execution till production release. My core strengths are a balanced combination of sharp technical acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and belief in an authentic leadership style.
