I lead sales activities for multiple AWS accounts, where I am responsible to nurture trust-based strategic relationships to help identify and shape my customer’s journey to cloud and enable the outcomes that will: 1. achieve business value for the customer, 2. reduce their legacy and technical debt and 3. help them become self-sufficient.\\\\n• Using the Amazonian ways of working, I leverage mechanisms to align leaders from across the bank (covering CTO, CIO, CDO, CX organisations), access to industry domain and product experts and leading research to define a common executive vision. Then, supported by the right mix of incentives including hands-on technical expertise I shape the multi-year commercial agreements that achieve mutual value.\\\\n• Achieving annual sales targets of over £100M in incremental platform revenue and over £10M in cloud consulting services, I have accelerated cloud enabled business transformation journeys across CX, data, analytics, MLOps and now gen-AI. All achieved through an effective use of AWS product specialists and partnerships with large-SI’s and boutique consultancies.\\\\n• With 4 AWS cloud certifications including Data Analytics and ML specialty, I am keen to keep my knowledge relevant.
