Experienced business leader in the fields of foodtech, investing, media, content development, and marketing. Since 2009, I have been deeply involved in food innovation. I’ve worked with a diverse set of companies across CPG, delivery, logistics, media, e-commerce, health and wellness, restaurant-tech as well as enterprise and B2B solutions.I’ve mentored and advised these companies in a variety of areas, including user acquisition and engagement, marketing support, corporate governance, identifying investors, pitching and raising capital, identifying strategic growth opportunities, developing reliable economic models and metrics and understanding and refining financial reporting and projections. I’ve participated actively in dozens of conferences and organizations as a speaker and thought-leader, including at Startup Week NYC, Launch Festival, SXSW, General Assembly, Xconomy’s Innovation Summit, and O’Reilly Media’s Tools of Change.I also served as the Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. IACP is the leading organization connecting food writers, content creators and entrepreneurs to help them build their food businesses and access the right skills to grow their companies.I\'m always interested in meeting new people in the food, technology or startup worlds, whether for advice, consulting or investment.
