My work experience in the social sector is grounded in my education and experience as a social worker. Through this lens I recognize that good intentions can sometimes lead to unintended results for individuals/families and communities when adequate representation is overlooked in decision-making. In the fund development field my expertise includes successful solicitation of 6 and 7-figure major gifts, mid-level growth, annual giving strategies, employee campaigns and cultivation of planned gifts. I have mentored early career fundraisers and created an active community-based fundraising consulting program through AFP Advancement NW called Fundraisers on the Go.
