ABOUT ASAF INBAR

Asaf Inbar is an experienced Executive and Engineer with more than two decades of experience promoting large scale complex infrastructure and construction projects. Asaf Inbar serves as the CEO of Solel Boneh, the construction arm of Shikun & Binui Group (traded in the TA 35 Index in TASE), and as of January 2022 the Chairman of Solel Boneh subsidiaries. Asaf Inbar made his first steps in Solel Boneh over 20 years ago, after Completion his civil BSc. in civil engineering studies at the Technion, accomplishing several leading roles in the company and in its subsidiaries before becoming the Solel Boneh\'s CEO. Under his leadership, Solel Boneh has enhanced its technical capabilities while maintain efficiency and increasing productivity.Mr. Inbar has been engaged in the largest projects in Israel, leading large complex geotechnical projects with significant success. Contributing to security and development of Israel. thanks to the knowledge, experience and professionalism of the management and engineering teams under Asaf leadership, Solel Boneh continues to successfully pursue large and challenging projects, while ensuring quality, safety, optimal human relations, and delivery on time. Positioning the companies under his leadership at the forefront of the Israeli construction and infrastructure market.Asaf Inbar holds a BSc degree in Civil-Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Haifa University. Asaf served as an officer in the IDF in the Civil Administration.
