What sets me apart is that I don\'t just manage projects — I find better ways to do them and get people to actually adopt the change. At ILC Dover (Ingersoll Rand), I built and piloted a Microsoft Copilot Studio assistant for internal Q&A and onboarding, ran live training sessions, and drove governance-first discussions on connecting AI to controlled systems like MasterControl — so content stays compliant and audit-ready instead of scattered across unmanaged locations. That work grew out of Ingersoll Rand\'s AI Champions initiative, where I\'ve contributed to value-stream strategy around making regulated content accessible through AI pipelines. That same instinct showed up at Mountaire Farms, where I pioneered drone-based 3D capture workflows using DJI technology to map facility layouts and build future-state renderings in SolidWorks — giving stakeholders a visual picture of where a project was headed before a single shovel hit the ground. It accelerated decision-making across hatcheries, processing plants, and wastewater systems. On the traditional engineering side, I\'ve led the on-time, on-budget launch of a sq ft manufacturing facility in Gliwice, Poland, standardized isolator designs for high-potency pharmaceutical containment, developed FAT/SAT/IQOQ protocols, and managed a $400M single-use product portfolio with a team of 13 engineers and designers.
