Working with waterfall and Agile methodologies of software development I am mainly responsible for the following tasks- Leading customer requirement gathering workshops; consults with end users to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements- Documenting internal core product requirements for the Point of Sale (POS), Credit Approval Process (CAP) and Contract Management System (CMS)- Documentation and review of business processes and conducting AS-IS and TO-BE mapping for new requirements- Review client’s operational procedures and methods, map current business processes, identify best practices and recommends improvements- Prepare calculation and accounting sheets to achieve desired financial result and business requirements- Assists in developing logical skeletons for new core product / project requirements, alternative solutions, scope of work, functional specifications, project proposals and project plans- Serves as a subject matter expert [leasing & Finance] in translating business requirements to software development teams- Liaison between end users and software development teams- Assists in identifying requirements for testing, developing test plans and scripts and coordinating test transmission, as required- Follows up with internal clients about completed tasks to ensure external client satisfaction.I am also responsible to support Presales Activities this usually includes- Providing responses for RFP\'s / RFI\'s- Preparing and delivering presentations and system demonstrations of NFS Ascent capabilities to prospective clients.Major Projects and Tasks- BMW Financial Services – China – Lead BA - ISUZU Financial Services – Thailand – Lead BA- Toyota Motor Financial services – China – VAT implementation project – Lead BA- Mercedes Benz –China – UAT support – Team Member- Mercedes Benz – South Africa – UAT support – Team Member- NFS Ascent core requirement documentation, development and testing - Team Member
