I have gained amazing customer service, interpersonal and complaint handling skills over the last 10 years through amazing experience in the roles I have been blessed to be a part of. I am to able to prioritise and work in an environment of changing priorities and deadlines whilst maintaining high standards. Proven track record of meeting time sensitive deadlines using exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills from working with people from all levels within an organisation both internally and externally. I am a natural leader by the course of taking action not just talking, I love leading from the front regardless of the level of task. I believe I have huge motivational skills and bring uplifting positivity whoever I am around. Along with making others better with my charisma, uplifting speech and amazing soft skills, however I am always eager to learn more from others, as I believe there is always room for improvement.
