Responsible for the day-to-day running of the operations, working closely with the CEO and CTO:* Liaising with the CEO and CTO to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals* Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress* Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations including securing FCA registration as a Payment Institute for AIS and PIS (reg. 811994)* Recruiting and supervising staff* Evaluate regularly the efficiency of the business and apply improvements* Oversee customer support processes to ensure best-in-class service* Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability* Revise and formulate policies and promote their implementation* Manage risk and incidents* Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors* Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics
