For over 30 years now, I have been a student of leadership, and while I am always learning and growing in leadership excellence, I know how to lead. My passion is equipping leaders, helping them unlock their potential, and transforming cultures as a result of those leaders growing their leadership. Having served in a variety of leadership positions, from a state government cabinet Chief of Staff to Capitol Hill, I have extensive experience recruiting, building, and leading teams of dedicated professionals, helping them work together towards a common vision in order to achieve positive, dynamic results that transform toxic cultures into cultures of honor and empowerment.
