Monitored open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of locks, resolving issues and communicating effectively. Expedited or deferred orders as needed based on forecast and inventory changes. Determined and established optimal inventory levels considering forecast, demand variation, and component lead times. Achieved and consistently maintained a 98% fill rate within standard lead time for major customers (Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon) from FY19 to FY24.Provided vital support to PLCM for new item launches and obsolescence. Maintained active daily communication with Asia plants, offering assistance to production schedulers and component buyers in upholding the production plan. Leveraged JDA to interpret production demand and generate precise projections, resulting in decreased component stockouts and notable reductions in component air freights.
