Most of my favorite product work is the kind users don\'t consciously notice, the CTA that shows up exactly when it\'s needed, the funnel that quietly removes a step, the claim that gets resolved before a human ever reads it.I started in analytics at Flipkart Search, got pulled into product because I kept asking \"but why is the funnel shaped like that,\" and haven\'t really stopped since. Now at Delhivery, I work on claims and self-service experiences, the kind of workflows people only interact with when something\'s already gone wrong, which makes the bar for clarity and speed that much higher.Lately I\'ve been spending a lot of time with LLMs, not just using them, actually building with them.
