   Noble Properties is a privately held company (since 1992) focusing on: • Acquisition of Single Tenant Net Leased Properties around the USA • Acquisition & Redevelopment of Multi-Tenant Shopping Centers throughout Florida • Commercial Real Estate Development throughout Florida Noble Properties is currenlty focused on the expansion of its Single Tenant Net Leased (\"STNL\") Portfolio. We are actively buying STNL deals all over the USA – Retail, Industrial, Medical & Special Purpose. We have done deals in 33 states and currently own assets in 23 states. We have closed 6 deals in 2016 with another 3 about to close within the next 30 days. Our goal is to spend another $50M+ in 2016. Our sweet spot in deal size is between $2M -$15M. Recent transactions include the following Tenants: Gander Mountain (TX), Dairy Queen (TX), Zaxby’s, Carolina’s Dentist, Kauffman Tire, and a Pro Mach (WI - Industrial). We are working on closing several Goodwill deals and a TGIF.At Noble, we are nimble and understand complex transactions. Our acquisitions never include a financing contingency because we are long term holders and have the financial wherewithal of an institution. Noble buys existing properties, has completed numerous sale-leaseback transactions, and has been a reliable source for take-out acquisitions from developers. There is no buyer in the marketplace with a better track record of successful closings than Noble.
