I am a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong foundation in Agriculture and a growing expertise in Soil Science, currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Soil Science. My journey reflects a deep commitment to empowering communities through education, sustainable farming, and skill development.With hands-on experience in both community development and agricultural practices, I strive to bridge the gap between rural empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.At present, I work with Magic Bus India Foundation as a Community Coordinator, where I lead initiatives to mobilize children for education, establish Community Learning Centres, and collaborate with local stakeholders to promote holistic child development.Previously, I served as a Life Skills Trainer at Naandi Foundation under the Nanhi Kali Project, where I designed and delivered interactive sessions on communication, emotional intelligence, time management, and decision-making. This experience strengthened my ability to mentor young learners and foster their personal and professional growth.My academic and field background in Agriculture has equipped me with practical experience in mushroom cultivation, apiculture, crop management, and soil health assessment. I am passionate about integrating scientific agricultural knowledge with community engagement to create sustainable and inclusive development models.With the discipline and leadership skills honed through my NCC background, I am committed to contributing toward a future where education, empowerment, and sustainable agriculture go hand in hand.
