In my role as a Contact Center Strategy & Innovation Intern at HP, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team of 6 members and analyze large data sets using AI/ML to extract data-informed insights for our service platform. By researching and evaluating various CJA tools, I was able to identify common user pain points within HP customer service and develop 20+ KPIs to inform product roadmaps and strategy planning. I also collaborated with our engineering and data analytics team to conduct user acceptance testing on internal tools to improve customer satisfaction and service automation. This experience allowed me to develop skills in data analysis, customer journey optimization, and project management.
