ABOUT ARYARAJ SHOKEEN

All things Product. Some things F1. Few things Jugaad.The things I\'m all about are People, Numbers, Tech, and Cars. I\'ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, and what helps them make a decision. This trait helped me identify why people buy certain products, and what puts them off enough to make a decision against one. In today\'s time, it\'s important to have a multi-faceted approach towards everything, in order to make sure that growth is achieved in all tangents. Having led several teams, facing problems, situations that not only challenged me, but helped me grow, I believe that I\'ve got experience in dealing with problems, identifying them, analysing the situation, coming up with innovative solutions, predicting outputs statistically, and carrying tasks out carefully. I\'m good at multitasking, and like to work in a team. I\'ve been seen as a strong leader by everyone, since the very beginning. I\'ve been trusted with a lot of responsibilities, in every sphere, and I\'ve always tried my best to prove myself. People believe in me, and my abilities to make sure that everything goes right, and taking the team along myself to our goal. It takes not just a good leader, but people who have faith in him, to meet their goals. People have faith in me. Being a hardcore extrovert has helped me interact with users, potential and current alike, and develop strong user empathy. My skills coupled with my experience and the desire to learn shall prove to be an asset.
