ABOUT ARYAN THAKRAR

I am a dedicated and ambitious finance student at Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business. My experiences include a Summer Internship at Accorian, where I learned the intricacies of business through sales, marketing, and research. I am currently a member of the Capital Markets Club, which has taught me the basics of finance, how to pitch businesses and stocks, and how to apply and understand financial modeling. My foundation in finance is complemented by my minor in political science, which enriches my understanding of the global economic landscape. I have also received the Honor of Dean’s List my Freshman year at IU. I am driven by a passion for community service, as demonstrated by my involvement in initiatives like fundraising for children’s surgeries and directly aiding food insecurity relief. These experiences have not only underscored the importance of financial judgement in addressing critical social issues but have also instilled in me a profound sense of social responsibility. I am eager to leverage this blend of financial expertise and dedication to social good as I embark on my career.
