Execution of Projects Supervision of construction activities, carrying out tests & quality check at site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Verification of Running Bills & Measurements against ongoing progress of the projects. Scrutiny & processing of Change of Scope proposals, EOT proposals, Utility Shifting Estimates, etc. Contractual correspondences with Contractor/Concessionaire, AE/IE and other stakeholders of the project. Actively participated in Dispute Resolution Board (DRB) meetings for addressing arbitration and conciliation matters related to contractual disputes between NHAI and Contractors/Concessionaires. Co-ordination & meeting with District Administration (DM, SDM, DLAO, CO) to discuss & resolve LA issues / hindrances at site. Inter-departmental meetings with utility departments, state PWD & other stakeholders.DPR Projects Preparation & review of Project Alignment options. Land Acquisition, utility shifting surveys & estimate preparation. Meeting & joint site visit with District Administration (DM, SDM, DLAO, CO) to discuss land acquisition plan & with Utility department for utility shifting plan. Preparation, scrutiny & processing of complete DPR Documents for PATSC Recommendation.
