With over three years of dynamic experience at Capline Healthcare Management, where I rose to the position of Team Lead, I have honed strong leadership, client management, and operational efficiency skills.In my role, I specialized in revenue cycle management (RCM), driving client onboarding, enhancing revenue generation through upselling/cross-selling, and implementing quality assurance measures to optimize performance. Prior to this, I gained exposure to financial analysis as an Equity Research Analyst and Research Analyst, building a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.My career so far has been defined by a focus on teamwork, management, and problem-solving, all of which I am excited to deepen through formal business education. Winning a Business Plan Competition early in my journey affirmed my passion for strategic thinking and innovation.As I transition from industry to academics, I am eager to leverage my professional experience in real-world projects, internships, and leadership opportunities during my MBA.
