ABOUT ARYANA DEHGHAN
I am a second-year law student (2L) at Rutgers Law School with a deep passion for entertainment law. I earned my undergraduate degree from New York University, majoring in Music Business with a minor in Studio Art. My professional journey began as a legal assistant, where I honed my skills in establishing LLCs, incorporations, and 501(c)(3)s in New York. I also assisted businesses in filing foreign qualifications and DBAs, and gained experience in trademark and copyright filing, both at the state and federal levels. I have strong communication skills including negotiating and listening to understand. Empathy is at the core of everything I do. I am creative and business oriented and maintain professionalism in high stress situations. I have a wide skill set, which makes me a good candidate for getting tasks done efficiently and on time, big or small.
