ABOUT ARYAN VINAYAK
I am a Data & Analytics Engineer with hands-on experience designing, monitoring, and supporting enterprise-grade batch data pipelines across on-prem and cloud platforms.At Cognizant, I work on Global Data Platform (GDP) pipelines ingesting data from IBM i (DB2) systems into SQL Server and Azure Data Lake, supporting daily and nightly batch cycles across multiple business datasets. My work focuses heavily on rerun-safe ingestion, job orchestration, run correlation, and production monitoring.I have built Python-based orchestration and monitoring frameworks that provide step-level visibility, accurate business-date alignment for long-running jobs, and structured logging for auditability and RCA. This has helped reduce manual batch monitoring effort and improve failure detection and operational stability.I enjoy working close to real production systems, solving reliability problems, and ensuring data pipelines are accurate, observable, and resilient. I am actively growing as a Data / Analytics Engineer with a strong interest in scalable data platforms and cloud-native data engineering.
