Currently working in Polymer R&D, Tech Centre Pune.Projects : Product Lifecycle Management (6 months)- To streamline the RFQ process and reduce manual effort, I consolidated key data from all Varroc Engineering Ltd. plants across India to build a centralized PLM database. This allows the R&D department to efficiently access and manage RFQs, transforming it into a fully centralized and efficient process. Product Design (6 months)- Developed a user-friendly tool that accepts specific user inputs to calculate fine depth and determine key design parameters for gear train assemblies, specialized for a starter motor of a 4W passenger vehicle. The project also involved integrating CAD models and drawings to support complete prototype part development.
