ABOUT ARYAN SHARMA

I’m an Innovation-Driven Mechanical Engineer passionate about advancing clean energy, nuclear technology, and emerging scientific frontiers. My journey with Kinectrics Inc. began as a co-op Student and has evolved into my current role as a full-time Assistant Analyst (mechanical engineering) within the Innovation (SG & I) team — a space where research, engineering, and strategy intersect to shape the future of the nuclear industry. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects involving fusion energy, medical isotopes, radiation safety, and advanced reactor systems. My work has included authoring technical white papers and conducting in-depth market and technology research. These experiences have strengthened my ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights that support organizational growth and strategic decision-making.Before joining Kinectrics, I gained hands-on experience in mechanical design, project management, and operations through roles in the Middle East and India, including leading a $1.2M gas infrastructure project in Bahrain and designing India’s first indigenous oxygen concentrator during the COVID-19 crisis.I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact through technology. My goal is to continue contributing to innovation in clean energy, nuclear science, and advanced materials, while helping bridge the gap between engineering and business to build a more sustainable future.
