As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I am responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees.Working with recruiting manager jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. I make sure that the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones. Responsible for End to End Recruitment & timely joining\'s of all open allocated positions.Understanding the stakeholder\'s requirement & share timely updates on the hiring progress. Sourcing candidates through various means including job portals & social media platforms & internal referrals etc.Ensure of sharing an adequate number of CVs on weekly basis with stakeholders for all open positions.Screening & Shortlisting the suitable candidates.
