As an Assistant Coach for the Powerstrikers Soccer Club, my primary responsibility was working individually with players to improve their technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance. I designed personalized training drills, provided detailed feedback, and focused on areas such as ball control, positioning, and decision-making. By building a personal, supportive relationship with players, I helped them build confidence and achieve their goals on and off the field. This role emphasized my ability to mentor athletes, adapt coaching techniques to individual needs, and contribute to their long-term development within the team.
