   As a Security Officer at the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) CBM Shahdol Plant, I am responsible for ensuring comprehensive safety, asset protection, and loss prevention across the main facility and the expansive, unbounded network of remote CBM well sites and associated infrastructure. My duties require specialized vigilance for geographically dispersed assets and complex patrol management. I conduct extensive, irregular patrols across the plant and remote well sites/pipelines to deter theft and sabotage, monitoring dispersed surveillance systems to quickly assess and report vulnerabilities in exposed critical infrastructure. I strictly control access by securing entry/exit points and verifying and authorizing the identity of all personnel (employees, contractors, visitors) according to RIL security protocols, while maintaining precise movement logs. I serve as the primary first responder to all security alarms, fires, and emergencies, securing incident scenes, providing immediate aid, and rapidly coordinating communication with Plant Management, local law enforcement, and medical services. All activities and incidents are documented in accurate, comprehensive daily logs and formal Incident Reports (IRs). I ensure strict adherence to all RIL policies and safety standards, actively interdicting and managing trespassers within RIL\'s lease areas. Finally, I perform routine safety and fire prevention inspections and efficiently direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, ensuring safety during the movement of heavy field equipment.
