As the CEO and co-founder of Cognition Untangled, my mission is to deliver affordable and accessible mental health services to our community, especially to those who face barriers to access or stigma.As a master student of clinical psychology at Christ University, Bangalore, I am passionate about learning and applying the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of mental health. I have also gained valuable experience as a social worker at the Aahwahan Foundation, where I supported and empowered marginalized groups and individuals through various initiatives and programs.My core competencies include social services, supportive services, and clinical psychology. I aim to inspire hundreds of others to be vocal about their mental wellbeing and achieve their highest potential as an individual and a member of society. I believe that mental health is a human right and a social responsibility, and I am committed to making a positive difference in this domain.
