About Arya Mehta

I’m passionate about connecting with people and understanding what motivates them, which is why I love both psychology and marketing. As a Psychology major, I’ve learnt how human behavior influences decisions and relationships, and I’ve used that knowledge in internships and projects. For example, during a marketing internship, I helped create a campaign about mental health awareness, using messaging to encourage open conversations and reduce stigma. It was amazing to see how psychology could make such a real impact.I’ve also worked on improving engagement in team settings by blending marketing strategies with an understanding of motivation. In one project, I helped redesign a company’s communication plan to make employees feel more connected and valued. It taught me how good communication and empathy can create stronger communities, whether in the workplace or on campus.I’m excited to bring these skills to leadership roles where I can make a difference. Using what I’ve learned in psychology and marketing, I want to help create spaces where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to grow.
