I’m Arya Krishna K — a communicator at heart and a leader by action, currently pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.For me, leadership isn’t a title — it’s momentum. It’s walking into a room with an idea and walking out with a team aligned around it.I currently serve as a COO & Project Manager at Monadelta Tech and Productions, where I drive execution at scale — turning ideas into structured, high-impact outcomes through strategy, speed, and strong team alignment. I don’t just manage projects; I move them forward.At the state level, I am the SLT Project Coordinator at the SPS Kerala Chapter, contributing to strategic direction, leading initiatives, and strengthening student engagement across a wider network. My journey here reflects a clear evolution — from creative execution to leading projects that create measurable impact.At my college, as SPS Chair, I build and lead communities that don’t just participate — they perform. From hosting sessions to executing large-scale initiatives, I focus on clarity, ownership, and results.As the IIC Student Lead, I push innovation beyond theory — creating spaces where ideas are tested, built, and brought to life.My foundation in design, built through internships at Tata Technologies and Kabani Tech, gives me an edge — I understand not just how things work, but how they are experienced. Combined with my exposure to Industry 5.0 technologies at NIT Calicut, I bring a perspective that blends technology, product thinking, and human-centric design.With over two years of experience across leadership, design, and community building, I operate at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution.
