ABOUT ARYA VINAYAN

As a HR Recruiter at Gadgeon Systems, a leading provider of IoT solutions, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. I have been working with Gadgeon Systems for over a year, starting as a HR Intern, then a HR Trainee, and now a full-time Recruiter. I have successfully filled multiple positions across different departments, using various social media platforms and tools to attract and engage talent. I have also earned three certifications from LinkedIn on Recruiting Talent with Social Media, Technical Recruiting, and Attracting, Hiring, and Working with Gen Z. I have a MHRM degree from Rajagiri College of Management & Applied Sciences, where I learned the fundamentals of human resource management, organizational behavior, labor laws, and ethics. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, where employees can thrive and grow. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to collaborate with my team and other stakeholders. I aim to contribute to Gadgeon Systems\' mission of delivering innovative and reliable IoT solutions to its clients, and to its vision of becoming a global leader in the IoT domain.
