As a HR Recruiter at Gadgeon Systems, a leading provider of IoT solutions, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. I have been working with Gadgeon Systems for over a year, starting as a HR Intern, then a HR Trainee, and now a full-time Recruiter.
