ABOUT ARYA UNNI

As a Healthcare Administration graduate from Conestoga College, I have acquired the knowledge and skills to provide efficient and professional administrative support in the health sector. I have completed a certificate course in Healthcare Administration and Service Management, which covered topics such as health information management, health care law and ethics, medical terminology, and health care quality improvement. I have also gained hands-on experience as an Administrative Assistant at Somerset Family Chiropractic and Wellness Centre, where I contributed to increasing the revenue of the clinic with my extensive knowledge of the products and services offered. I maintained exceptional customer service by responding to clients in person, calls, emails, and texts, and managed client records in the databases used. I used problem-solving and interpersonal skills to maintain the flow of the clinic while escalating issues and queries to seniors when needed. In addition, I have a background in patient service as an Ayurvedic Physician and a Personal Support Worker, which has enhanced my understanding of the diverse needs and preferences of clients. I have worked with Home Care Assistance and Vasishta Ayurvedic Wellness Inc, where I provided care and support to clients, scheduled appointments, and collected and organized reports and paperwork. I have also demonstrated proficiency in MS Suite, Telus Health, and Booksy software. I am passionate about delivering the best customer service possible and following the 5 Cs of communication: Complete, Cohesive, Clear, Concise, and Courteous. I am open to work and eager to apply my skills and experience in a full-time administrative position in the health sector.
