I like challenging the usual way of doing things, especially when it comes to how people are managed and motivated.Outside the serious side, I enjoy expressing myself through dance and music—it keeps me grounded and reminds me that people aren’t just roles or titles, they’re stories.I don’t have everything figured out, and I’m okay with that.
