A Data Scientist specialising in fraud detection, with hands-on experience developing production-grade machine learning systems on real-world banking data- consistently outperforming legacy systems and providing upwards of 20% lift in Value Detection Rates.Skilled in end-to-end model development, including data quality analysis, domain-specific feature engineering, and hyperparameter optimisation. Delivered several XGBoost and Logistic Regression models for high-volume transactional datasets with deep focus on feature stability, drift analysis, overfitting control, and PSI/CSI monitoring.I frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams — Data Science, Quality Assurance, Professional Services, and SME groups — to ensure delivered models are technically sound, operationally robust, and aligned with client-side model governance requirements.Beyond modelling, I enjoy tackling complex analytical problems and shaping DS best practices through documentation, archiving, presentations, and shared knowledge spaces.
