I lead a team of Account Managers who partner with the government agencies and organizations that engage with NZ Government Procurement, and provide advice and assistance on how to maximize NZGP offerings. I ensure we take a strategic and proactive approach to account management, and understand agency needs and emerging opportunities and issues. We champion a positive customer experience by bringing the voice of the customer back into NZGP to ensure agencies are supported and that their needs feature in policy development, strategies,and initiatives.
