Currently managing a 45 person org customizing Google\'s world-class search ads serving system for third party and new owned & operated surfaces. Our team builds click-through prediction models, adapts the Google auction, and renders ads in the partner\'s environment. We own unique components of the stack to balance the experience of users and advertisers in this diverse environment. We provide partners with related searches to discover and monetize commercial intent, and we provide high quality search results for partners. In addition to maximizing these opportunities, our team contributes important improvements to the Google technology infrastructure. Additionally, I am one of the lead engineering experts in the Google ads serving system. I have a team that manages critical log resources and processes for search ads, and contributes strongly to the overall ads logs ecosystem.
