My mission is to give nurses their time back.At Copper Digital, we created Copper AI to solve the single biggest problem in Home Health, which is the OASIS documentation burden. By using intelligent automation, we help agencies increase clinician capacity and eliminate the after-hours charting that leads to burnout.The road to this solution was anything but simple.I was born and raised in Delhi, where my fascination with technology started. I moved to the U.S. after my undergraduate studies to complete my Master’s in Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M, earning a 4.0 GPA. My early days were spent at Fujitsu, where I wrote code late into the night to understand the architecture of robust software systems.In 2010, during my MBA at UT Austin, I took the leap into entrepreneurship. My late brother and I founded Copper Digital. What started as a mobile app company evolved over a decade into a leader in enterprise digital transformation.But we saw a glaring gap in the healthcare market. A $5.3 trillion industry was wasting over 30% of its budget on administrative tasks. Even worse, we saw talented nurses leaving the profession because they were buried in paperwork.We decided to fix it.We pivoted our entire focus to building Copper AI.
