I work in the evolving space of Data Governance and AI Governance, helping organizations build the controls, structures, and accountability needed to scale data and AI responsibly. My focus is on making innovation usable, trusted, and auditable, especially in complex enterprise environments where business value must be balanced with governance, risk, and operational reality. Over the past several years, I have worked across finance, analytics, enterprise data, automation, and governance ecosystems, contributing to initiatives involving data governance, AI governance, auditability, metadata, data lineage, data dictionaries, glossaries, enterprise platforms, and control-oriented solution design. I am particularly interested in questions such as: How do organizations establish trust in AI systems? How can AI and data processes be made more auditable and explainable? What governance structures are needed as industry, regulation, and enterprise expectations evolve? How can businesses move fast without losing control, accountability, or traceability? My background is business-led rather than traditionally engineering-led, which allows me to work effectively across stakeholders, translating between operations, control functions, governance teams, data teams, and leadership. I bring experience across environments involving Microsoft Purview, OneTrust, Power Platform, Salesforce, SAP, enterprise data warehouses, data dictionaries, glossaries, and visualization ecosystems, with a strong interest in building governance frameworks that support both innovation and accountability. I am especially drawn to roles and conversations focused on: Responsible AI, data governance, enterprise controls, auditability, policy-to-execution design, and trusted AI adoption.
