The CIO, CISO, Data, Product and Operations functions report to me, enabling a fully aligned approach to architecture, platforms, cyber resilience and operational excellence across our global footprint. Digital is central to value creation, scalability and margin improvement—and my role is to ensure our technology strategy directly supports those outcomes. My priorities are to focus on building a modern, integrated digital ecosystem powered by AI, data and automation.
