This includes overseeing the Transformation journey of more than 450 participants across key business hubs of AI.• He co-facilitated customer-centricity interventions for over 300 Ground handling teams and assisted in cascading KPI scorecards across functions. • Currently, he is supporting Air India\'s L&D initiative and has successfully facilitated over 30 high-impact workshops for TATA Air India & TATA Air India Express, benefiting over 700 participants.
