Key Responsibilities:• End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee the complete production and delivery process, from typesetting and eBook creation to printing, inventory management, invoicing, and final delivery to customers.• Typesetting & eBook Creation: Continue to manage the typesetting of books, ensuring accurate formatting and quality, while also overseeing the creation of eBooks for digital distribution.• Print Production Management: Manage relationships with printers, ensuring books are printed to the highest quality standards and delivered on time, while also monitoring costs and negotiating vendor contracts.• Inventory Control & Reordering: Supervise the management of inventory for both locally printed and imported titles, ensuring timely reordering when stock levels reach reorder thresholds and coordinating the printing or importing of new stock as needed.• Customer Support : Oversee the customer support department, ensuring that customer inquiries, issues, and feedback are handled effectively. Collaborate with the warehouse team and customer support agents to resolve any concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the team responsible for production and customer support, focusing on developing their skills, increasing process efficiency, and ensuring they meet performance objectives.• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes within production, inventory, and customer support, leveraging technology and best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.• Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between the teams involved in supply chain to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries. Regularly communicate with senior management to align operational goals with overall company strategy.
